Please take the time to explore this new Association website!   It contains helpful information that you may need from time to time, as well as a wealth of information that you are entitled to know about your Association and how it works.  We hope that it proves to be a valuable resource for you, and a boon to convenience, efficiency and, above all, communication
--a top priority of your Board of Directors and Staff. 

Here are some tips for navigating this new website:

• ALERTS appear in rotation on the green banner just below the logo and photos, above.
• The MAIN MENU, with drop-downs, occupies the blue banner.  It includes:
  • About the Association, the page you are reading now. This is the website's Home Page.   Besides this page, there is a drop-down menu containing two items--Association Terminology and Association FAQs.
  • Resident Services contains or directs you to information about CampCo summer day camps, Classes at the Club, Banquet Room and Amphitheater Rentals, Home Improvements/MAC, Membership and ID Cards, Outdoor Parties, RV Parking Permits, Dumpster/Storage Container Permits,  Street Sweeping Schedule, Sun & Sail Club Facilities, and the new Recreation website, www.lf2recreation.org.
  • Ask Us/Tell Us is an easy was to pass along your questions, concerns, service requests, complaints, etc., to the Association for a response from the appropriate Staff member. 
  • Stay Connected is your source for News and Announcements--the very latest to keep you up-to-date--and the Lake  Forest II Calendar of meetings, classes and events.  You'll also find Tract Rep Program information and the Photo Gallery.  All of this is designed to  keep you in touch with what's going on in your community.

                                      LAKE FOREST II  IN GENERAL

     The Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association is a private planned community of 3,436 homes located in the City of Lake Forest, Orange County, California.   Established in 1970, the Association is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation,  formed to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the lots and common areas, and to promote the health, safety and welfare of its residents.

     All legal owners of property in Lake Forest II are Members of the Association, and they support its operations through a monthly dues assessment.

     The Association operates the Sun & Sail Club, a large recreational facility located at 24752 Toledo Way, at the corner of Toledo Way and Lake Forest Drive.  The Sun & Sail Club also houses the administratrive offices of the Association.

     The Master Association is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, elected annually by the Members (homeowners).   The Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 p.m., at the Sun & Sail Club.  Board meetings are open to all residents of the Association.

     The Association Staff consists of paid employees who work in the offices at the Sun & Sail Club: in  Administration; Accounting; Community Services, which includes Staff support for the Master Architectural Committee (MAC) and the Hearing Board, as well as CC&R enforcement; Recreation; and Maintenance.  The top-level employee is the General Manager, assisted by four department managers.  (If you would like to view the Association's Organization Chart , you will find it in the Resource Center.)
