There are games, tournaments, entertainment, a variety of foods and beverages for sale, and swimming pools and other great amenities. It's a truly fun family day, and a spectacular evening when the musically orchestrated aerial fireworks go off after dark! |
| AERIAL PHOTOS - SUN & SAIL CLUB - 07/17/2009 | | Dr. Marvin Blum, Lake Forest Keys resident, donated his plane and piloting skills to fly the Association Maintenance Manager, Dana Baker, over the Sun & Sail Club to take some pictures. The photos were taken on July 2, 2009, when the Club's 4th of July setup was underway. |
| 2009 BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES - 02/20/2009 | | The Association's CC&R Inspectors, Dale and Jack, choose three homes each month to be designated as "Beautiful Homes of the Month". From these, every three months, one of the nine monthly winners within that quarter is named "Most Beautiful Home of the Quarter". An annual winner, chosen from the four quarterly winners, is designated as "Most Beautiful Home of the Year".

Lake Forest II members who were selected by the Board of Directors for a Volunteer of the Month Award have provided outstanding community service benefitting the membership of the Association, and the community. Nominees were considered on the basis of excellence in leadership, outstanding service on a Committee, community service, and/or Tract Rep Program achievements. |
